After You Submit

Some letters will be shared through The Transformative Space — not to put your pain on display, but because someone else out there is still looking for proof that they're not the only one.

Before anything is shared, you'll choose:

  • whether your name appears, or it stays anonymous
  • whether it's shared at all, or kept private
  • whether light edits can be made for length or clarity

Every letter that comes through here is read first — with care, not judgment.

One Honest Note

The Transformative Space is a storytelling and reflection community. It is not therapy, medical care, or crisis support.

If you are in immediate danger, please contact 911. If you need support right now, the National Domestic Violence Hotline (1-800-799-7233) and RAINN's National Sexual Assault Hotline (1-800-656-4673) are available 24/7. The 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline is also there if things feel like too much to carry alone.

Take care of yourself as you write. If today isn't the day, that's allowed too. This will still be here.
